Transport, Morelli: "With hydrogen refueling stations a step towards technological neutrality"

“The first of five refueling stations for hydrogen-powered vehicles, presented today, marks an important step towards the development of mobility that uses a different zero-emission energy source, in the name of technological neutrality”. This was stated by Undersecretary of State, Alessandro Morelli, speaking at the inauguration of the hydrogen plant for automotive traction presented today by Fnm and Milano Serravalle, a company of the Lombardy region.

"The hydrogen supply chain - adds the undersecretary - is sustainable without depending on rare earths on which China has a strong competitive advantage. To the ideological environmentalism of Europe that would like to impose a ban on Euro 5 diesel cars in Lombardy, a measure that the government is committed to blocking, we respond with concrete actions towards a more sustainable mobility of the future".

The undersecretary therefore relaunches one of the most important battle horses of the League because "we need to build the mobility of the future, without unloading the costs on the shoulders of those who have to go to work every day and have no real alternatives. And without affecting the right to work, to mobility, to daily life", he concludes.
